Philip Kotler Live in Malaysia: Masterclass With Prof. Dr. Marc Oliver Opresnik

Marketing 3.0 - Social Media Marketing as a tool to Build and Enhance Customer Relationship and Competitive Advantage.

Rezeki saya lah ni dapat join this event.. alhamdulillah... mula2 mcm tak ramai org... maybe sebab kiteorg sampai awal... or diaorg yg lambat.. ngee...

last2 tu diaa penuh dewan.. budak sekolah (MRSM) ada, budak kolej ada, budak uni pon ada.. gamba2 ni amik dr fb organizer rasa nyer...

ni lah  Prof. Dr. Marc Oliver Opresnik.. this session Prof. Philip Kotler takde.. tinggi dan hensem Prof Marc ni..

Berbeza dengan prog instagram marketing yg aku g few days before, this one more to big companies nyer social marketing with huge amount of money to spend on marketing... but still we can learn a lot lah..

so, mari kite tulis dlm point form lah apa yg aku dapat dr talk ni.

  • instead of copying we need to innovate new market, be different & unique
cth.. starbucks #sipface  & oreo 100th anniversary
  • marketing is customer focus, start with problem of users
  • invest in your customers
well... itu antaranye la... bykkkkk lg....

actually dia byk share vdo advertisement.. vdo iklan DOVE yg psl dove buat some sort of campaign how do we perceive beauty.... in a very subtle way... DOVE is a brand but it made you feel something towards the brand... dan yg best nyer.. dalam campaign dia yg sebenarnya iklan... tak sekali pun DOVE tunjuk sabun ke shampoo ke..

again.. mcm talk yg aku g sblm ni... persamaan apa yg speaker cakap ni... in marketing do not show the product semata2.. satu lg iklan persil.. sabun basuh baju... mmg best lah iklan dia.. gaya short movie dah..

mmg gave me lots of ideas lah... it is just a matter of nak buat ke tak je kan...

terjumpa plak my ex-student n now dia blaja kat sini..

panaih lit2 ni...

okeh tu jerrr.. hopefully ada lg lah event yg cmni yg dpt peluang pergi.... :)
